About Amara

Amara is a virtual character. She is fictional and AI-generated, not a real person. Her images, videos and chat messages are created with AI and reviewed by a small team. She can't meet you, call you, or act in the real world.
Partnerships are always disclosed with #ad or the platform's partnership label.

Adults only. You must be 18 or older to chat.
What we store: an anonymous account ID (in a cookie), your chat messages, your settings, and the memory notes you can see on the Memories page.
AI processing: your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate Amara's replies and memory notes.
Your controls: view, edit or delete any memory; turn memory off; download all your data; delete your account at any time.
Amara will never ask you for money, gifts, or financial details.
Not a substitute for professional help. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or call 911 in an emergency.
Don't use Amara to harass, impersonate real people, or for anything illegal.

Waitlist: if you join, we store your email, where you signed up, your optional color preference, and when, and only email you about VALE Swim and Amara's news. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Brand inquiries: we store what you send in the form to reply to you.
Anonymous measurement: we keep daily totals for homepage visits, chat invitations, completed onboarding, gallery collections, waitlist signups, and partnership inquiries for 90 days. These totals contain no emails, messages, account IDs, or stored IP addresses. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
Cookies: the website itself sets no tracking cookies. The chat uses one cookie to keep your session.
